20 July 2011 I passed my exams yesterday,now my query is abt membership form and COP.I m married now and in inst. record my surname is old.now i wanna change my surname so what is process i ll do?How much fees i will have to pay??from where forms are collect.thanks in adv.

20 July 2011 First write a letter to the institue intimating your changed name along with copy of your mariage certificate and fill the other relevant forms for membership & COP in the new name.
