A positive and aggressive thinking is one of the key factors. It all depends on what type of company you are going for interview. Suppose, if it is a manufacturing concern they would be more keen to check your knowledge on Excise, Customs, VAT etc.
If you go in for service sector you knowledge on Service Tax law, Labor law etc could be tested.
Prepare yourself to the kind of industry you want to work and accordingly approach such companies. All the very best.
