can i know whether students who have cleared pe2 in may 2008. and i registerd for final(new) and for my prectical trainning as on 18-12-2010and .So whether am I eligible for the november 2010 exam as per the new circular.Pls reply as soon as possible

You can give ur final attemp while Serving last 6 months (including excess leave, if any) of articled training as on the first day of the month in which examination is held.
In my view ur articlship will complete earliest by August 2011. So ur attempt will be in May 2011.
