Sir,
I am salaried person as well as LIC Insurnce Agent I want to file my income tax return for the year 2009-2010 hence my question which form we have to utilise for filling of income tax return. If you have any sample of this return please send If we have to file ITR 4 then where we have to show the salarie come Please suggest.

search in files section for the return file.
if income from LIC commission is more than Rs. 60,000 then it is income from businss and ITR - 4 to be used and if less than Rs. 60,000 then ITR - 2 to be used.
