Dear Members,
A Private Company has to file it's TDS return for the first time. Please guide about the various steps involved for the same.

You can search google for any help files.
Its Easy,
1. First download the latest RPU
2. Install it and Open it
3. Fill up the deductor details (in sheet 1)
4. In 2nd sheet - fill up the challan details
5. In 3rd Sheet - fill up the deductors detail
6. Download the confirm challan files from oltas
7. Validate your return file.
8. Generate the FVU File and then give it to TIN-FC for filling the return
