Any form is to be filed with ROC if Pvt. Ltd.Company obtains any loan from financial institution or if any increase in existing loan

You need to file Form No. 13 for Register the charges on the Loan. And form No. 8 for Modfication of Such Charges. The forms need to be filed within one month of the event.

Form 8 is to filed one month within 30 days "after" the date of exexcution of loan agreement and not from the date.
