Greetings of the day.
Can we directly file Form AOC 4 & MGT 7 with MCA even if no form / document of any sort is filed with Roc from the very begining. Company is in its 2nd year of operation?

Yes, you may file Annual filing form of consequant years without completing previous years filings.
