Please inform if possible how to file Auditor's appointment of a pvt ltd co. relating to 2012-13 and 2013-14, which has not been filed yet.

Form 23-B cannot be filed now. The company concerned can file ADT-1 (with attachment to GNL-2)for the same. Pay the delayed fees for filing 23-B voluntarily with this form.
