WHAT IS THE TIME OF FIILING TAX AUDIT REPORT IS THERE ANY SEPARATE FORM FOR FILLING TAX AUDIT REPORT .
IF NOT THEN CAN AN ASSESSE WHO IS LIABLE FOR FOR TAX AUDIT CAN FILE HIS I.T. RETURN AFTER SEP,2010 WITHOUR PENALITY.

Tax audit report need not be submitted, only income tax return needs to be submitted and details of audit carried out needs to be submitted.
I T return should be filed within 30th September, 2010 to avoid any penalty.
