earlier the roc approval of name was valid for 6 months.
now the law is amended vide MCA NOTIFICATION DT 16 TH NOV 2007 THAT validity OF NAME is only for 60 days and you can ask for one more extension for another 30 DAYS (WITH 50% OF FEES) .then the validity is expired. you can again make a fresh application .

Thanks for your prompt reply.
I wanted to understand which e-form as such is applicable for seeking extension of the name which is already approved by the MCA.The name has been approved some time in the month of Jan.,2008.
