can any body tell me what is the procedure of export documentation and what documents is required and from where i can do some course in export management

25 February 2014 Dear Kamal,

For Export you need to collect following documents:

1) Accepted Purchase Order
2) Make lot/batches as per purchase order
3) 4 copies of Invoices and packing list
i) Importer (Party)
ii) Custom
iii) Office copy
iv) For Insurance policy

4) Order for Container
5) if excisable goods then follow UT-1 (ARE-1) Form for Duty free Export application.

6) Fumigation Certificate for export
7) once goods reached at port, Bill of lading
8) shipping bill
