30 November 2010 on voucher A/c head mentioned as canteen subsidy , but in SAP A/c head mentioned as Entertainment expenses.

My query is on voucher what A/c head mentioned the same should mention in SAP also now.

pls clear my doubt as i am facing lot of problem with this

30 November 2010 As Canteen Subsidy means the amount of expenditure borne by the company for providing food to the employees it should be classified as Staff welfare exp instead of Entertainment exp

30 November 2010 yes, what you cited as expenditure head in payment voucher, that should be account with the same head name (as you said) in SAP or any other software. but, the provide of staff benefits (all)expense should be account with staff welfare (FBT also abolished).
