Q1. In which Account do i need to deposit, can it be saving or current A/c ?

Q2. Can i deposit with ICICI ?

Q3. If i make a FD than what ?

10 August 2010 shall be deposited by him before furnishing such return [such deposit being made in any case not later than the due date applicable in the case of the assessee for furnishing the return of income under sub-section (1) of section 139] in an account in any such bank or institution as may be specified in.

Open a capital gain deposit account (and not FD) with any schedule bank in India.

AND DO I NEED TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT CALLED CAPITAL GAIN IN THE NAME OF ME , IF I HVE TRABFER SUCH ASSET AND LIABLE FOR TAX ?

10 August 2010 Yes u will have to open a new account called capital gains deposit a/c. Kindly contact ur banker for further details.
