Is it in anywhere in provisions that if you have 3 yrs or more working experience in a ca firm,u will get exemption from undergoing 15 months of cs management training...????....Please help.

CS Training is Compulsory

No way out you have to open your own institution where you can get the degree without even appearing in the exam. This is the requirement of the course and this cannot be avoided.
