As per Notification 8/2016 only ER-4
Will be file instead of ER-5,6,7 plz tell
Me...1) weather all mfg will file ER-4 or
Is there any ceiling limit for the same..2)

ER-4[rule 12(2) of Central Excise Rules], Annual Financial Information Statement ( ER-4 ) is required to be filed an assessee who is paying duty of Rs one crore or more per annum either through PLA or Cenvat or both together. However this returns is not required to be filed from FY 2016-17
