Pls advice a Manufacturer can be sale Accessories Items and manufacturer only Registered in excise only manufacturer

The query is not clear. However, from the understanding, it is clarified that manufacturer can sell accessories as trading goods. In addition his own manufacture under excise registration, he can sell accessories manufactured by others as trading goods.

Dear Sir,
we are manufacturer of Impress printer.we have purchase raw material i.e accessories items for produces Finished goods but our customer he want only accessories i.e charger. but we are not trader.we have only Manufacturer.my Question can be we have sale the Accessories without registration of Trader in Excise
