Dear all,
Good Morning.....
We paid excess in TDS on contract ie.(TDS on contract actual is.Rs.20500 but wrongly paid Rs.25000/-) this amount paid in the period of 1st quarter. can we adjust this amount in 2nd quarter or how can we rectify.

You can adjust the excess TDS in second quarter against same party or another party provided it is recommended in same section.
