Hello,
my Articleship is completing on 12th april 2010, but there is 24 excess leaves i have taken, whether i can appear in May 2010 Final Exam

no, then u won't be eligible as u hav to complete the training including excess leave by 30 april to be eligible to appear in May exam.
Try to convince ur ca to reduce ur excess leaves to 18 days.
