can I get rank in ca ipcc nov2015exam if I do preparation for 7 months ...can u please suggest what are the tips to get rank with self study

First - Focus on your target.
7 months is indeed a good time, start with study material issued by ICAI, keep yourself updated.
Test your progress with practice manual and RTPs.
