04 January 2012 in December exam of cs final, question relating to due diligence was asked in company secretary practice paper and some provision of cooperate restructuring were asked in due diligence paper. so is it compulsory to give all 4 module at a time, if not then how can we able to attempt such questions if we are not prepare for that module..

Yes you are right. it is seen that as per recent trend of ICSI they are mixing up the questions of one subjects into another.... but they can do that because the subjects itself allows to do them like that... so its better for CS student to appear in 2 modules at least at once..
