06 February 2017 mismatch in pan means what Always after submitting e-sign in GST ... it always sends email to my mail id I.e mismatch in entering in pan details so resubmit again form

07 February 2017 You need to enter exact names as per PAN i.e. exact first name, middle name and last name. Kindly check all the names mentioned in the form through the Income Tax Website. The best option is enter the details on the "Know your Jurisdiction" page on income tax website and check the same.

10 February 2017 thanks..but.. I haven't .created any id .on my pan card but always it shows a. notification that..this..pan.. card was registered ..and giving some govt number 1800......like tht

13 February 2017 In this case, you can use the Forgot Password link if you can by any ways resolve any of the 3-4 mechanisms available for "Forgot Password".

18 February 2017 hi. madam @shriya Mehta.. I..came..to know .my pan name according to pan. it presents like this . YOUR PAN NAME IS HARI KRISHNAN KoNIJETI according to this above name what is first name middle name and last name..

20 February 2017 You may put a trial and error and re-submit the GST Migration form.

Earlier, in the income tax department site, the "Know your jurisdiction" link used to clearly demarcate the first name, middle name and last name. As of now, this feature has been removed and I don't see any other measure for the same. Thus trial and error seems to be the only option.
