Dear Sir,
I would like to know whether ER-4 needs to file for finance Year 2016 where Cenvat + PLA is more than one crore.

ER-4 shall not be required to be filed for the year 2015-16 which is due on 30.11.2016 as per circular No.1050/38/2016-CX dated. 8th November 2016
