Form ANF 5B and Appendix 26a Should be Signed by chartered accountant for EPCG License Redemption.

Q1 Sir, does it mean that chartered accountant who is not holding COP can also signed & Authorized that form and certificate.?

my question was can a chartered accountant who is not in practice issue appendix 26a

is this valid?
is it acceptable in DGFT?

IF YOUR QUESTION WAS REGARDING THE ELIGIBILITY OF CA CERTIFICATION AS ABOVE SAID IS VALID irrespective of Practice or Non practice.

it is accepted and is valid by CONCERNED R.J.D.G.F.T
