I imported machine under EPCG Scheme, but now I want sell the own machine, Can I sell?

The Machine can be sold only if the export obligation for epcg is complete, because it is subject to actual user condition as per para 5.03 Chapter 5 of the FTP. if the obligation is complete you can sell it.
