eFiling return by individual on form 1

(Querist)
05 July 2011 I have registered with the Government website.
When I login in ncometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and download eFiling form 1, I get an "evaluation" copy.
After filling it I cannot save as a XML spreadsheet. There is a message asking to unprotect sheet. This asks for a password which I do not have.
Kindly either
tell me where I can download a usable unprotected copy
or mail me a copy as an attacment which can be copied and used
