can acompany with fixed assets worth Rs.250000 cash and bank balance Rs.500000 apply under easy exit scheme-2011? plz reply soon it is urgent.Thanks in advance.

An affidavit needs to be given by the director that the company does not have any bank account. So if u are having bank account u are ineligible.
