What is the qualifying Limit to File Form 10B Online???

If gross receipts of trust exceeds basic exemption limit 10B mandatory
And the same can be filed electronically as per Proviso to rule 12(2)is substituted vide incometax seventh ammendment rules ,2013 there by there by audit report of trust form 10b to be filed electronically
And income tax return also required to file electronically
