E filing of dormant company

02 April 2014 Dear Sir/madam one of my client is listed public company which is now delisted due to non payment of listing fee, has not filed any annual filing document/ forms like 23AC, 23ACA 20B, 66 etc. On MCA portal status is showing as dormant.
Now it want to file all the pending filing.
Please tell me the whole procedure of filing. Urgent.

03 April 2014 First of all u have to file Form 61 and choose option "Normalising Dormant Company" and attached with application and notarised affidavit.

A 21 days timing will be given for filing.
