Due date of excise payment

I have sold excisable goods as on
14/9/2016 without having credit balance
in RG 23 A part II & PLA,
Pls tell me in this case what will be the due date for excise payment,

24 September 2016 Under Rule 8 of Central Excise rule, The duty on the goods removed from the factory or the warehouse during a month shall be paid by the 6th day of the following month, if the duty is paid electronically through internet banking and by the 5th day of the following month, in any other case.
in your case : 5th of Oct 16 - Cheque payment, 6th of Oct 16 online payment
