Please confirm the due date for filing of income tax return by a company for assessment year 2006-07. I understand that it was extended to 30th November, 2006. Please advise the circular/ notification no.

As my ITO is not allowing me to set of loss in A.Y.08-09 for return filed on 11/12/07 for a.y.06-07
