WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH DTL , LAND(NON DEPRECIABLE ASSETS),AT THE TIME OF WINDING UP OF PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY.

The balance of DTL will be transferred to the profit & loss a/c.
In case of land there must have been some thing thought about what to be done. I think it should be transferred to someone and it cannot stay in the company.
