Dsc registration on mca website problem

i am using windows 7 32 bit system.
when i am registering a DSC of director ,on MCA website, it showing PLEASE SELECT YOUR DSC.
However when i am clicking on select certificate, its no response .
further i am using JAVA 8 Update 25.
please provide solution.

I am also facing the same issue. I tried on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Javae version 8 Update 60. Same problem still being faced. Please help.
