Do audit firms dismiss their trainees?

17 September 2013 iam a ca final student. I have completed my articleship. Iam now joined in a ca firm.
I had very poor exposure during my articleship.
During my interview with the partner i had openly told him that i have a poor exposure.
My fear is, incase i make any mistakes in my work due to lack of exposure, is there any chances for me getting dismissed?
If it is so, please tell me how to handle it.
