A Pvt Ltd co. has taken shares of a Coop Bank and receive Rs 20000.00-25000.00 per year as dividend from bank.
Is the dividend taxable or taxfree?

If DDT paid then tax free.
Generally it is received after payment of DDT and hence the same is tax free.
