OUR COMPANY TOTAL INCOME EXCEEDING RS. 1 CRORE. BUT DIVIDEND NOT EXCEEDING RS.1 CRORE. SO OUR COMPANY LIBLE TO PAY SURCHARGE ON DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION TAX?
