i dnt knw weder d direct tax code will b applicable in fr my nov-11 attempt or nt?????

No Income tax act will only apply in November 2011.

hey thanx but m having no faith in icai dey can do nything!
in a/c fr may 11 dey specifically said dat as30,31,32 will nt apply but still dere were 12 marks paper frm d same,
so m worried! :(

That has been the case in the past also when PE - II questions were asked in final CA and in final CA PE - II question were asked. SO nothing can be said about that.
But as of now DTC is not applicable though the same could appear in the paper.
