Can a person who is holding place of profit in a Company and getting remuneration from that company get salary or money in whatever form from some other company also?
One thing that comes to my mind is Sitting Fees. Can you suggest some other heads also.
Please reply on urgent basis.

Only sitting fees.
If he is a professional then he can render service and get income.

Even sitting fees is only to an ordinary director, i.e no sitting fees can be paid to WTD / MD

If sitting fees is paid to WTD / MD, it shall be treated as payment of managerail remuneration.
