09 October 2012 Hi !
I am giving my CA final group II in this november. I have 20 days in my hand to prepare.ISCA and IDT i've prepared well. But DT not studied well. Didn't open the book. Can u pls guide me how to prepare ( Imp chapters that i should cover first etc) to get 45 - 50 marks in DT

09 October 2012 First of all which book u r referring ??

U just do DT in this sequence ...

Books - Practice Manual,RTP,Case Law Book ,Amendment & I suggest you to refer Sukh Sagor Proff. Nihit Zaveri's book for DT.

It is good book covering all imp topics in short. easy to complete in short run.

Chapter

Wealth Tax sure 10 Marks

all other depends as per your hard work & luck...

Whatever already came in PCC give lower weight to those chapter except PGBP & Capital Gain ok..

10 October 2012 You should make plan to cover all the important topic from DT like assessment, wealth tax, pgbp, taxation of various entities..You should refer RTP, case law book, and go for one reference book covering all imp topics with practical ques. This would suffice since you have very limited time. Make effort and it would make it all..
