completed my Bcom exams in April 2016 results awaited can I register for direct entry to ca course? what would be period of articleship? if I register articleship in the month of may 2016 what would be eligible ca final attempt?

Yes, students who are pursuing the Final year of Graduation Course or Awaiting results are eligible for provisional registration to the Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course.
Such students would be required to submit satisfactory proof of having passed the graduation examination with the specified percentage of marks within six months, from the date of appearance in the final year graduation examination (i.e. from the day of commencement of the examination).
Next Step is to register & complete the ITT & Orientation Program.
Then the Articleship needs to be started. Before appearing for IPCC, you have to complete 9 months of articleship training.
If you register now & follow the above procedure, then your eligible attempt would be May 2017.
For further details & fees payments etc., you can visit your nearest ICAI Branch or www.icai.org

actually I m from cpt route already attempted for ipcc but was unable to clear and now I want to enter through direct entry and start my articleship
if I get registered now in may 2016 then what would be attempt of ca final

If you are going through direct entry route, 1st you have to complete 9 months articleship & then you are eligible for IPCC attempt

I had already attempted for ipcc was unable to clear it now want to start my articleship by conversion to direct entry
