04 April 2019 As per the Rule 12A, every individual who has been allotted a DIN as on March 31 of a financial year submit e-form DIR 3KYC on or before April 30 of immediate financial year. The purpose of the form is specified by MCA, updating its registry it would be conducting KYC of all directors of all companies annually. Whether we need to file Form DIR 3 KYC annually for all the directors as per this rules?

04 April 2019 Every individual who has been allotted DIN as on March 31, 2019 is required to file DIR 3 KYC.

In case Any person who has been allotted DIN on or before 31st March 2018 and the status of such DIN is ‘Approved’, and still not filed DIR3 KYC- needs to file form DIR-3 KYC

07 April 2019 but while Filing DIR 3 KYC right now, MCA error comes that DIR 3 KYC has been already filed and DIN isn't deactivated.

08 April 2019 Yes, even i am facing same issue. And for the DINs which we have taken in December 2018, i am getting an error DIN is not deactivated due to reason Non-filing of KYC in DIR-3 KYC

08 April 2019 but i am getting the above mentioned error once i enter the DIN number
