is it useful to do diploma ifrs from acca, uk with ca? if yes, plz provide the details like fees, how to apply, duration etc....whether this degree will have value in future ??

yes, it has a good value.
this course costs somewhere between 25K to 40K.
I can tell you the question paper pattern. 40 marks is from Business Combination (cosolidation adjustments) and rest 60 marks from rest of IAS/IFRS.
