One of my client has voter id and pan card only but his surname mention in id proof are as follow:-
voter id : Rajesh Kumar
Pan Card : Rajesh verma
my query "can i apply din with these id proof with different surname .how can i use these id proof for applying din .He has not any other proof.

No you can not apply for these ID having different name. If you have bank account details with photo ID then you can apply.
What type ID you have given while apply for PAN. use those ID's
