HELLO SIR...WHETHER THE DIGITAL SIGNATURE BY THE CLIENT IS COMPULSORY FOR THE TAX AUDIT....WHEN DID THIS NOTIFICATION PASSED AND SINCE WHEN IT IS APPLICABLE??
