Depreciation urgent

08 September 2012 Dear Sir,
One of the assessee charged depreciation @10% on telephone. Where to put said depreciation - in schdule DPM or in schedule DOA of itr 4.

As I dont find 10% depreciation rate column in schedule DPM.

Please clarify.
