Can 5 fully depreciated assets appearing in the Gross Block of 20 assets appear in the Balance Sheet as per Companies Act, 1956. What will be the treatment for Provision for depreciation accumulated?

yes they can appear. Both the gross block and provision for depreciation will have the same value.
