IF I NOT TAKE DEPRECIATION IN A.Y 2009-10 & I WANT TO TAKE DEPRECIATION IN A.Y 2010-11 ,SO HOW CAN I TAKE THIS DEPRECIATION ?????

U cannot take previous years depreciation claim in current year as there is no provision as per Section 32 of Income Tax Act.

However u can revise ur return for A. Y. 2009 - 10 and claim depreciation in that year only.
