I Have Received Demand In Intimation under Sec(1).For A.Y.2012-13 Because of Mistake In Depreciation Calculation and Whole Depreciation Disallow.Return is Filed Within Due Date.So What Should I Do.Can I Apply for Rectification or I Have To File Revised Return? Because Due to Change In Depreciation Income Of Business Would Be Change.

Apply for rectification and resolve the matter and if it remains unresolved please revised return within time limits.
