whether deduction is allowable in respect of irregular workmen in preceding Previous Years became regular workmen during the current previous year.

Following category of employees deductions can be claimed.
Regular workman does not include the following
• Casual workman or a workman employed through a contract labour or
• Any workman employed for a period of less than 300 days during the previous year.
