Deduction of tds and return file

30 September 2015 Sir, TDS has been deducted by bank FD for PY 12-13 and AY 13-14. so my Queries are :-
(a) Wheter i can do return file of AY 13-14 now or not?
(b) if Yes, then which ITR should be filled.
