Is there debit/ credit note increase / decrease excise liability in the same month

27 April 2014 Suppose we have sold some goods to a party. But due to rate difference or escalations we want to charge ihim at a higher rate, then we issue him a debit note stating that we are debiting thatarty in our books with reference to invoice no. and goods. So it will definitely have an impact on the excise liability.
